Real Estate Blogger
Combining my two Passions
I have been fortunate enough to work in a field I love and to be able to travel around the world. This blog is to combine both of those passions into one central location.
I started in the real estate field in 2016, but have enjoyed it my entire life. I wanted, oh so badly, to start working real estate after I graduated high school. I didn't' see how that could work as a career path at that time...I'm assuming I do now. It has taken me some time to get back to my original plan, but here I am, trying to make a difference in this world by providing a high level of customer service, competency, and personality. It's working...right?? My CalDRE# 01993700 for those that want to make sure I'm a real boy...I mean, agent.
The travel bug bit me when I was a kid, but I haven't been able to pursue it as much as I would like. I have been fortunate enough to travel to some neat places, though. My blog is to relate my journey to you, inspire you for your journey, and hopefully give you a few pointers along the way (hint, hint, TSA precheck or CLEAR program, more on that later).
I hope you will join me on this crazy ride!

Aikane Belez is a very useful asset to have in your corner during the home buying/selling process. An honest and hardworking realtor in an industry where those qualities are rare. Highly recommended if you're high on character.
Aikane is an absolute pro. We purchased our first home with him, and he helped us understand the key steps and decisions we needed to make along the way. Like any real estate deal, there can be unexpected challenges that pop up as you proceed, and he always managed to make things clear for us and provide really good advice. And – if you’re going to spend several hours of your weekend house hunting, you might as well do it with someone who’s fun to hang out with. Highly recommend him
In Los Angeles, I feel like everyone "knows an agent". We began this journey several years ago, and after being utterly disappointed by a family friend, we decided to seek someone on our own. Aikane was patient with us (remember we began this process years ago, and got discouraged at what we could/ couldn't afford). As first time buyers he was on OUR side. He was honest, which is so refreshing when other agents are pushy, essentially telling their clients whatever they THINK they want to hear, just to make a sale. I literally could not say enough great things about Aikane, he is honestly THAT great. There is no other agent that I would trust than Aikane!!!
